this is the frame for this week, mine looks bit funny,
i didn't have time to play with the settings on the linear transmission filter...
i seem to run all the time these days, lol!!
just remember that when the tut says "jalousie" it means the blinds effect,
and when it says "black colour" it means your dark colour...

PS here is the original, so you can see how nice the last big border can look if you find the right settings, i also think she added a layer after selecting the ellipse , applied blinds to it and lowered the opacity, so you can see through it, but none of that is mentioned in the tut...
