Here is a Team Spirit Tutorial.
I had to make some adjustments as I used psp9.

The Page Curl is found under Effects > Image effects.
I used these settings: W40% H60% Radius 50
I changed the colors as in the tutorial.
Towards the end of the tutorial on the border I skipped the wave effect.
I couldn't get it to work.
