This is a long tut - without screen shots.  Not for the faint-hearted.
But, if you follow the instructions carefully,
at the end, you will have a beautiful ani and an excellent understanding of animation shop.

Remember, do NOT resize your animation in PSP.  Wait until you have all your frames pasted in animation shop to resize.
PSP does not resize your images correctly and will cause some images to "jump" - especially if you use drop shadows in your ani.
