Here is your tag tut for today. I had to play with the settings in Eye Candy to get it like the tut.
Here are my settings I used in addition to what she said to do:
#8 Whirlpool Spacing 76.00 Smear Length 4.31 and Random Seed 985
#9 Warp amount 36.88 Bubble Size 21.65 Twist 62 Random Seed 736
#10 Ribbon Width 22.62 Gap Width 4.73
