I made the tag with the tube I used to for the tile...
Altho I use art media brushstroke, I've never used Radial Blur before.
I figure if I haven't done it, there are others here who haven't used this tool.
Her example is much bolder and brighter than mine.
I lowered the opacity on my tile before I flattened it to soften it abit.
