Here is the tool of the week. Very fast and simple to
follow the tutorial.
The tool is using BURN layer blend -
The tut took less than 5 minutes, even downloading
the pins and accessories to make the pins. I didn't make my
own pins because it wasn't the focus. She provides a link
to the pushpin and tack tubes.
The challenge in this tutorial is decorating your bulletin
board. I spent a couple hours decorating my board!
