      I wrote the tut on how I used the Tube of the Week in this picture. 
      
      It's been tested.  One question that came up was about using the feathering when you select the different sections of the frame. 
      
      The screen shot is of the bar across the frame,  with a yellow rectangle around it to show you what to select, not how it will look once it's selected.  The feathering expands the selection.
      
      It may be a bit of a challenge to those who are not familiar with multiple layers and blending, but it's an excellent opportunity to get in and play with those layer blends and see what the different properties on more than one layer  will do to the picture.
