To the best of my knowledge, I made all of these background tiles in PSP.
If I have mistakenly used something that someone else made, please let me know and I will exchange it for one of the few hundred other background tiles I've made.

Glitter Tiles for PSP X, XI and 12
When Corel bought PSP from Jasc, they quit supporting Animation Shop. Animation Shop was included in PaintShop Pro thru version 7. After that, Jasc offered Animation Shop as a download for registered users of PSP8 and PSP9. Those days are gone. Corel doesn't think animation is worth the bother and no longer supports Animation Shop, however, Corel will sell the once free version of Animation Shop 3.11 to you (download only) for the low price of $19.99, discounted from the retail price of $39.99.

You can no longer export frames from Animation Shop into PSP X, XI, or PSP12. You can no longer select all frames and copy them from a multi-framed .gif and paste into directly into Corel Paint Shop Pro as multiple images. So much for PSP being a "fun" program. I, for one, find this annoying and cheap of Corel Software.

I learned that you can export a gif from Animation Shop into older versions of PSP as a multi-layered psp file. You can save the file as a pspimage with the layers in the same order as the gif. These files will open in Corel PSP in the right order. You can drag and drop each layer of the psp file onto your workspace as individual files to use for using glitter frames in your animations. I put together a handful of pspimages made from glitter files I have collected over the years. I did not make these tiles. Original file names are intact.
