1. First find a tube or misted tube that you want to use, no more than 400 in height.

2. Open a transparent strip 400 high by 1024 in width.

3 Choose light color from your tube for the foreground, then choose a dark color for your background.

4. Click on the gradient and use foreground background angle 45 repeats 1 see example below.

5. Flood fill your strip with the gradient.

6. Click on Effects\distortion\ripple then click Big Waves right

with these settings

7. Then click on Effects\Distortion\Ripple big waves left with these settings.

8. Next click Effects\Distortion\Wave Factory Defaults

	Horizontal Vertical Color Black Amplitude 4 Amplitude 4 Wavelength 10 Wavelength 10

9. Click Effects\Image\Seamless Tile

10 Click Effects FM Tile Tools\Blend Emboss and apply twice

11. Edit copy tube then Edit paste tube on your strip and position where you want.
