Sometimes your settings suddenly change in Outlook Express. It's usually due to a Microsoft update.

OE will default to factory settings.

Before you panic, here is a setting you will want to change in OE in order to download and view the graphics in your email.

You will find this under Tools > Options.

Check the Internet zone and be sure to uncheck the two boxes beneath it.

Click APPLY... and OK... You should be able to view your pictures now.
