Supplies needed:
PaintShop Pro
Animation Shop
Tube of Choice - (I used a tube by Suzi Sgai)

It's always easiest to have everything ready to use before starting a project. Select your tube, open your font if you use an outside collection instead of Windows fonts.

Remember to SAVE OFTEN!

Make sure the Material Palette is open and visible. Open it by pressing F6.
Make sure the Layer Palette is open and visible. Open it by pressing F8.

Start with a new image - 500 X 400, 72 dpi, raster layer, transparent

Shift + D to duplicate it.
Close your original tube.

Select Raster one, the blank layer on the bottom, and floodfill your background with this color.
