1. Open a new image transparent 400 x 400. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
2. Pick a light color from your tube, select the layer beneath your tube and flood fill.
3. Effects\Texture Effects\Blinds
4. Stay on bottom layer and then Effects\Illumination Effects\Sunburst -
Layers\Merge\Merge All\Flatten
5. Image\Add Borders 2 pixels symetric\white. Select with Magic Wand, Tolerance and Feather set to 0.
On your Materials Pallette Pattern\Gold Fill\Angle 90 Scale 100.
Flood Fill your selected Border.
Keep Selected.
6. Effects\3D Effects\Inner Bevel\Select none
7. Image\Add Borders 25 pixels symetric\White. Select with Magic Wand same settings as 5 above. Flood Fill with a light color from your tube. Effects\Simple\Quick Tile. Keep selected.
8 Effects\Inner Bevel\Color should be a light one from your graphic. The darker the color the darker the effect. Selections Invert.
9. Effects\3D Effects\Drop Shadow.
10 Effects\3D effects\Drop Shadow and Change Vertical and Horizontal to -3. Select None.
11. Image\Add Borders 2 pixels symetric\white and then Select with Magic Wand Tolerance and Feather set to 0.
On your Materials Pallette Pattern\Gold Fill\Angle 90 Scale 100. Flood Fill your selected Border.
Keep Selected.
12. Effects\3D Effects\Inner Bevel same settings as 6 above. Select none.
13. Image\Add Borders 30 pixels symetric\White. Select with Magic Wand same settings as 5 above. Flood fill with a light color from you tube. Keep selected
14. Effects\Texture Effects\Mosiac Glass
15. Effects\Texture Effects Mosiac Antique. Keep Selected
16. Effects\3D Effects\Inner Bevel. Select none.
17. Add your corners to your graphic if you want and a drop shadow. Layers\Merge\Merge All\Flatten
18. On the original copy of your frame add a new raster layer after you have duplicated your image for your background. Add your watemark and then export or save as a JPG.
