Xero Plugin - Tekstya
Canterbury Bells Trivet
Tekstya Plugin does exactly what its name implies. It makes a texture over your image.
Although I used it for a trivet and a background, what a handy tool for making scrap papers!
Review and download this handy plugin here.

I started with a large photo of Canterbury Bells that I saved from some previous project.
It's not the best quality photo, but there's hope.
